The ARF 215 is a versatile plastic flow through fitting.  Designed to accommodate up to three pH ORP, conductivity, or oxygen sensors within either the main process stream or a sample loop. It is constructed using either PP-H or PVDF materials, suitable for low pressures and temperatures. The fitting is available in various modular configurations. There are also different connection geometries and process connections offered.

One of the key features of the ARF 215 is its large flow cross-section. This enables efficient flow of media, even when dealing with polluted substances. Additionally, the fitting includes integrated cleaning nozzles, further enhancing its suitability for use with contaminated media.

Process

The process connections of the ARF 215 can be selected from G 1/4″, DN 25, or ANSI 1″ options. Furthermore, these process connections can be arranged at 90°, 180° staggered, or 180° with a cleaning system, providing flexibility in installation. Expanding its compatibility, the ARF 215 is available with adapters for pH, ORP, temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen sensors.

For refillable pH sensors with liquid electrolyte, a protective cap with an integrated electrolyte reservoir can be obtained. Additionally, the fitting offers a convenient optional calibration beaker, enabling simple calibration for pH and conductivity sensors.

Also, applications in different scenarios depend on the material used. The PP-H variant is suitable for use with drinking water, industrial water, and cooling water. On the other hand, the PVDF variant can handle corrosive process media up to 87 psi (6 bar) and 212°F (100°C).
