The QVT from Eastern Instruments is a multivariable transmitter that has been optimized for the extremely accurate flow measurement of air and gas at or near atmospheric pressure (5 – 25 psia). Allowing for the measurement of up to four separate process variables including Differential Pressure, Temperature and Absolute Pressure, the QVT will calculate the fully compensated mass flow of air or gas in nearly any duct. When coupled with any Differential Pressure based flow element, the QVT ensures extremely accurate flow measurement down to +/-0.50% of Reading over 100:1 range of DP and 10:1 flow turndown.
