SE 604 Coaxial Sensor for Ultrapure Water

SKU: SE 604 SE 604 Memosens Conductivity Sensors Category: Tags: ,

The SE 604 Coaxial Conductivity Sensor is an advanced and versatile instrument designed for high purity water and steam condensate applications. Available as both a Memosens digital version, with a wide measuring range of 0.001 to 1,000 µS/cm, as well as an analog version with a measuring range of 0.001 to 500 µS/cm specifically for ultrapure water.

Featuring a unique coaxial two-electrode configuration the SE 604 allows the user to install it in virtually any orientation. Stainless steel electrodes are robustly arranged in a straight thread design. Cleaning the sensor is easy, thanks to a detachable outer electrode. Furthermore, the sensor incorporates an integrated temperature element, ensuring precise compensation for the process media temperature during conductivity measurements.

By combining resilient sensor design with cutting-edge Memosens technology, the SE 604 achieves a significant reduction in overall ownership costs. It is fully compatible with any M4 Knick transmitter.

For safety and compliance, the SE 604 holds hazardous area approvals, including cFMus Cl. 1 Div. 1, GP ABCD T3/T4/T6 ratings, providing added peace of mind for users in demanding environments.

Applications for the SE 604 Low-Conductivity Sensor:

  1. Steam Water Analysis Systems (SWAS):
    • Makeup Water
    • Condensate
    • Feedwater
    • Deaerator
    • Boiler water
  2. Water Treatment:
    • Reverse Osmosis
    • Microfiltration/Ultrafiltration
  3. Industries:
    • Ultra-pure water (UPW) for semiconductor fabrication
    • Water for injection (WIFI)

A reliable and precise solution for a wide range of low-conductivity water applications, the SE 604 offers exceptional performance, versatility, and cost-effectiveness.
