PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION NOTICE
Effective March 31, 2025, the AMETEK / Thermox WDG-HPII Series combustion analyzers will become obsolete. The impacted models include both the WDG-HPII and WDG-HPIIC. To provide a replacement path for the WDG-HPII(C) analyzers, we recently released the WDG-V HP Series combustion analyzer, which leverages the same close-coupled convective principles and design as the WDG-HPII Series analyzers.
WDG-V HP Series Combustion Analyzer
The WDG-V HP series analyzers mount directly on combustion processes for continuous measurement of excess oxygen (O₂), combustibles (CO+H₂), and hydrocarbons (CH₄) in flue gas applications with high particulate levels. Ideal for optimizing combustion in kilns, furnaces, and boilers, it features a unique "chimney effect" convective sampling technology that reduces gas velocity to prevent probe erosion and particulate blockages. Utilizing zirconium oxide for accurate O₂ measurement and catalytic detectors for combustibles and hydrocarbons, it ensures reliable monitoring for efficiency and safety. Designed for easy maintenance, all parts can be replaced using standard tools without removing the analyzer, minimizing downtime.
- Close-coupled convective flue gas analyzer for high-particulate processes
- Designed for high-particulate processes
- Ultra-accurate measurement of O2 with industry-proven zirconium oxide sensor
- Suitable for flue gases up to 1537°C (2800°F)
- Digital communications via Modbus and Ethernet
- Completely field-serviceable
