The FALCO 2 offers both a pumped and diffused sampling method to accommodate a wide range of applications and monitoring needs. FALCO 2 incorporates the world-class MiniPID 2 Photoionisation (PID) Sensor in both 10.6 eV and 10.0 eV variants to allow detection of over 700 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). MiniPID 2 offers additional features such as lamp life longevity, and ease of service and maintenance.
A fixed VOC gas monitor that eliminates false readings found with other competing technology. Continuously detects Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in hazardous areas. The Falco pumped, fixed VOC gas monitor uses a sample line to draw samples and is ideal for use in difficult locations such as underground or in confined spaces.
An externally located Intrinsically Safe sensor supports quick and easy servicing without the need for a hot work permit. Dual certification allows Falco to be serviced and calibrated in a hazardous environment without having to remove power!
Both Pumped and Diffused models are supplied with a 10.6 eV lamp allowing the instrument to detect a wide range of VOC gases. 4 detection ranges available, these ranges include 0 – 10 ppm, 0 – 50 ppm, 0 – 1000 ppm and 0 – 3000 ppm.
