The Draeger VarioGard 33×0 Transmitter IR is a digital transmitter equipped with an integrated infrared optical sensor. Capable of detecting flammable gases such as methane and LPG, also carbon dioxide in ambient air. This cost-effective system component simplifies the configuration of a gas warning system.
As part of the VarioGard gas warning system, the Draeger VarioGard 33×0 Transmitter connects to a central unit with various components via a digital bus. With field-proven DraegerSensors, the 33×0 Transmitter measures the concentration of noxious gases in the surrounding air, and digitally transmits the measured concentration values to the central unit for visualization. In the event that the measured value exceeds predefined limits, alarms are triggered to alert operators.
